As “Educational Toy” continues to be a buzz word in the toy industry. More and more manufacturers seem to be claiming that their toys are educational in order to sell them.
But do parents need to make sure that every thing that they buy for their children is purely educational? Probably not, children are constantly learning and absorbing the world around them even without our interference. It’s ok for parents to do purely fun activities with their kids like playing with play-do or painting as these activites teach children “soft” skills that are just as important as academic skills.
